Refund Policy

Please contact Daoist Roots as soon as possible if there is a problem with an order. Refund eligibility depends on the item type, fulfillment status, and the nature of the issue.

Digital reports, readings, consultation services, and custom work may not be refundable after delivery or service work has begun.

Physical goods must be reviewed case by case. Items should be unused and in their original condition unless the issue is related to damage or fulfillment error.
